We will sit down together in person or virtually and get to know what is important to you. We will go over the process and identify any action items so that when we find the home, we will be ready to take the next step.

cUSTOMIZED hOME SEARCH

We will create a customized home search and personalized buyer portal through the MLS so that you begin receiving daily updates with homes that might fit your needs. We tailor these searches you and an make them as specific or broad as you like. We can establish multiple searches for different areas or property types and update you as frequently as you like.

BUYER PORTAL

Through this customized home search, you will have access to the buyer portal which will allow us to highlight homes of interest, ask questions or make notes about possibilities and remove homes that are not what you are looking for. This allows us to better understand your needs as well as to identify homes you might not have even known you love.

mARKET kNOWLEDGE

It is important that you work with someone who knows the market. We not only work in the market but possess a genuine passion for real estate. We are constantly studying the MLS, previewing homes and speaking with other agents and lenders to gain as much insight as possible for our clients.

COMING SOON PROPERTIES

We work to identify properties that might not yet be on the market. If there is a specific area or neighborhood you are looking for, we can work to find a home coming soon to maximize your chances of securing it.

Negotiation requires strategy and a solid plan. Taking the time to understand what is important to both parties ensures a winning outcome. It isn't always just about the price. Is a seller motivated by time, a leaseback, does the home carry sentimental value to them, have they had certain bad experiences in past deals. If there are other offers we are competing with, we will come up with a strategy to best position ours while still achieving your goals.
